All our warranty products are provided by:

3 Warranty products are offered, each with a choice of terms, which apply from the date of sale of the vehicle:

Sapphire Blue	1, 3 or 5 years and applies to vehicles up to 15 years and 200,000 kms for 1 & 3 years or 175,000 kms for 5 years.
Sapphire	1, 3 or 5 years and applies to vehicles up to 15 years and 225,000 kms for 1 & 3 years or 175,000 kms for 5 years.
Quantum Cover	1, 3 or 5 years and applies to vehicles over $3000.00

Sapphire Blue Coverage:

Engine - claim Limit up to $2500 Per Claim.
Engine block (if damaged by a covered component), piston, piston rings, oil pump, crankshaft, main and connecting rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings and gears, cylinder wristpins, balance shaft, balance shaft bearings and internal bushings that are lubricated by oil.

Transmission -Claim Limit up to $2500 Per Claim.
All internal lubricated components of both manual and automatic transmissions.
(excluding torque converters).

Differential - Claim Limit up to $2500 Per Claim.
All Internal lubricated components (excluding wheel bearings and axles).

Turbo (Factory Fitted) - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
All internal parts including housings.

Cooling System - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Engine Cooling Fan, viscous fan hub and water pump.

Electrical - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Alternator, starter motor and voltage regulator.

Steering System - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Power steering pump, steering box and rack and pinion.

Braking System - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Master Cylinder, booster and brake callipers

Clutch - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Slave and master cylinder only.

Air Conditioning (Factory Fitted) - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Compressor, condenser and evaporator only.

Electronic Ignition Components - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Crank angle sensor, oxygen sensor, air flow meter, ignition coil and module.

Computer and Electric Sensors - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Electronic control Module, transmission computer, cruise control sensors/actuators.

Fuel System - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
Electric fuel pump, metal fuel delivery lines and injector pump.

ABS (brakes) - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
ABS actuators, electronic module and wheels sensors.

Drive Shafts, CV Joints And Universal Joints - Claim Limit up to $1000 Per Claim.
(Excluding torn or split CV boots).

Cylinder Heads - Claim Limit up to $500 Per Claim.
Cylinder heads, valves and lash adjusters (excluding overheating and corrosion damage).

Radiator - Claim Limit up to $500 Per Claim.
Only if damaged by corrosion.

Power Window Motors and Switches (Factory Fitted) claim Limit up to $500 Per Claim.
(Excluding sun roofs)

AVWG ASSISTANCE PACKAGE

Provided that a component covered by this contract of warranty, as per headings above under Sapphire Blue and Sapphire Coverage, fails then A.V.W.G. shall provide the following assistance for expenses incurred by the warranty holder.

Applies to Sapphire Products only and runs for the period stated in the contract of warranty application page.

Weekends and public holidays are specifically excluded from this package, except for towing.

Towing - Claim Limit: Up to $110.00 per claim
A reimbursement to the warranty holder for towing costs actually paid incurred as a consequence of the failure of a covered component.

Accommodation - Claim Limit: Up to $150.00 per claim
A reimbursement to the warranty holder in the event of a major breakdown with the warranty holder’s vehicle if the vehicle has broken down more than 400 kilometres from their normal place of residence and where repairs take more than 24 hours to repair.

Car Hire - Claim Limit: Up to $150.00 per claim
A reimbursement to the warranty holder because of a major mechanical failure where the vehicle is unusable for more than 96 hours from the time when the authorisation number is issued by the A.V.W.G. Claims Department.
